Citizens of EU member states can vote in the Czech Republic, namely in the local elections and European Parliament elections.
The right to vote applies to citizens
- of EU member states,
- older than 18 years,
- with a permanent or temporary residence permit,
- residing in the Czech Republic for at least 45 days prior to the Election Day (EP elections).
