Examination of bodies of deceased outside Brno medical facilities
The following are obliged to examine the bodies of the deceased:
- the relevant GP or paediatrician during their working or visiting hours (this must not interfere with the provision of health care);
- a doctor providing emergency medical services or the provider contracted by the regional authority;
- the healthcare provider of the medical facility where the death occurred;
- the provider of emergency medical services if the death occurred during the provision of pre-hospital emergency care.
